mining / reporting tool. This tool was essential in maintaining the client’s
compliance with SEC guidelines regarding the operation of their electronic
stock exchange. Client desired the ability to provide additional value to their
customers through the reporting tools bundled with the site. Used Oracle JDeveloper to build a JSP presentation
layer driven by Struts and supported by BC4J data integration components. The
project required the development of several stand-alone pieces utilizing bundled Java
packages such as JavaMail and third-party tools such as Netcomponents and
FTPClient supported by custom DAO classes that utilized JDBC.
